How far can I ride on one charge?
Range depends on the battery, rider weight, terrain, weather, and assistance level. Check the product page for the estimated range of each e-bike.
How long does charging take?
Most e-bike batteries take around 4–6 hours to fully charge.
Do I need a licence to ride an e-bike in Germany?
For standard pedal-assist e-bikes, no licence is usually required. Always check local rules before riding.
Can I ride in the rain?
Yes. Our e-bikes are designed for everyday use, including light rain. Do not use a high-pressure washer or fully submerge electrical components.
Is the e-bike delivered assembled?
Your e-bike arrives mostly assembled. You may need to attach small parts such as pedals, handlebars, or the front wheel. Instructions are included.
Do you deliver across Germany?
Yes, we deliver e-bikes and accessories to addresses in Germany.
What if my e-bike arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@stadtvolt.com with photos and your order number. We will help resolve the issue.
Can I return my e-bike?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I maintain my e-bike?
Keep the bike clean, check tire pressure and brakes regularly, and charge the battery as instructed. A yearly service by a qualified bike mechanic is recommended.
Do your e-bikes include a warranty?
